From Design to Delivery, we’re with you every step of the way

You know you need t-shirts…you’ve got a budget…now what? With many online customized sportswear and spirit wear clothing companies it’s all ‘point and click’. Select your item, select your color, select the number of items, attach your logo…and wait. That works if you know exactly what you want and exactly how those items will look when you open the box. But, are you sure? What if you need to make a last minute change? What if you’re not even sure where to start? Instead talk to a real person for a real personal experience with Believe It Sportswear.

Personalized service for every customer, every order, every time

With Believe It Sportswear our process eliminates surprises when your customized clothing items are delivered. Whether you’re ordering for the first time or the fiftieth, we walk you through each step to ensure you’re pleased with the end result. That quality service starts with the first phone call when we go over the basics:

  • What type of item are you interested in (screen printed t-shirts, letterman jackets, custom golf hats, golf shirts…whatever you need)
  • What is your item for (a one-time event, life-time memories or somewhere in the middle)
  • What’s your budget
  • How many garments do you need (minimum order is 6 garments per design)
  • When do you need them (typical turn-around time is 7-10 business days)
  • Do you have a logo or design in mind (don’t worry if you don’t. We have a staff designer)

Only when we’re sure we have all the information do we provide a price quote…because we don’t like cost surprises anymore than you do.

In person is part of the process

Computer colors don’t always match screen print and embroidery colors and no one can ‘feel’ a fabric over the phone. That’s why we recommend a face-to-face meeting in our office. In our comfortable, non-industrial atmosphere, you have the opportunity to:

  • See and touch real samples of styles, fabrics and colors
  • Review and edit your design
  • Check out our on-site screen printing
  • Even pick up your order
